M I N A 's twitter account states ( 3 minutes ago )that the updates are out for anyone who is subscribed to there update email service. So yeah we should see something on the open, unless someone here has subscribed.
my guess, judging by the lack of attention on this, it is probably nothing major and inconsequential until we get to the march hearing.
