$CNGT- Security Details updated today and as expected, no change in the SS. We currently have one the best SS for a company trading in the Pink Sheets with a tradable float all but locked up. Closing announcement with acquisition of multi-million dollar company IRecommerce Group Inc NLT March 31st. We should see share price launch from current level when that is press released. JMO
