You are right on the money. There is no way that this ticker is maintaining and moving with the market on just Ihubber buys or us little fish. Someone or some group is holding and accumulating at their pace over time and in a meticulous manner being patient. This share structure is not all that bad. This could be a decent starter to someone in the private industry or whatever. Or if and big if their waste water patented device could make a comeback under someone else especially with everyone going crazy with going green now a days and water pollution but I doubt it just hoping. Either way something could be brewing but again I am just guessing and being hopeful but I will sit here and enjoy the ride. (They may even being monitoring all the chat rooms to see what the public is aware of, LOL)
