What the....? They don't file a prospectus for a reverse split for Christ's sake. Jason makes all decisions for this company through his exclusive ownership of the class "A" preferred shares. Shareholders get no vote. I understand that he is also the ONLY board member. You are very fortunate that they filed this notice rather that the official 8K. They are probably waiting to see what share price does, but if it were me, I would take it down to 10 million outstanding, it only makes sense. They will absolutely reverse split in my opinion. Why Not!??! Hang onto that hope. LOL
