This is to soften the blow. Just like the OTCQB applications that a lot of OTC stocks apply for for the PR boost. Really NASDAQ???? They would be very fortunate to get a OTCQB up-list. Did you see the July OTCBQB application get approved? NNooooo!! Do you not think that would be first? This tiny company managed to post a loss of $14 million in the first 9 months of 2020. That is impressive! Something like 19 employees and lose that kind of money? Symantec probably has more night janitors than that. LOL They are NASDAQ material?? That is simply so laughable to me. They simply sell shares and do not make money.

Simple games that work actually. They are losing a lot of money and do not qualify for the QB let alone trade with the likes of Symantec in my opinion. All absolutely bullshit. They are desperate in my opinion to keep this share price up to continue to convert. They will be successful with their conversions because so many traders are dip shits. Common sense that they drop some NASDAQ crap to cover this filing. Smart if it works. This is such a game and I feel no sympathy for those who buy into it. Good for Jason and debt holders!!
