Crazy story. Had a bad feeling after loading that milly on Friday, and spent the whole weekend mulling it over. Spent the last two days unloading it all and buying other opportunities. Made anywhere from 25-40% on it all. Just kept at it. There was a inner voice whipping at me to sell it! Sell it all! Thank God I didn’t ignore it...
You know what did it? BUBAE and reading the posts on the board. Eerie sense of deja vu back to 2018 LDSR, wouldn’t go away. I couldn’t stomach the idea of going through a necessary RS again. I mean the more I looked at the numbers and thought about it, the more I knew the RS was inevitable. Jason has to rip the band Aid off early one more time and it’s gonna really hurt! Damn, didn’t think it was going to be addressed and possibly filed so soon!
I’m holding a 1/20th position here through a RS, just to remind myself every time I look at my portfolio, to never buy and hold a stock with massive toxic debt in the stinky pinkies again.
Trade it, don’t marry it. 95% of the time that’s the way to play it on the pinks.
Sorry, to all the longs here. I really really am. I had to do it. Turns out my gut was right. Maybe it won’t happen or be that bad, but I sure as heck don’t trust Jason and his ego to go for a uplist, which is pushing his shareholders out of the way. He could have held off and done some organic growth for a year or so, IMO. The last RS saw this thing go from like 2 bucks to .005. Not cool. Too many known unknowns for me at this point. We’ll have to see what happens going forward.
