VortMax, with this very incorrect thought...
Respectfully, that is a very incorrect thought regarding NSAV or any penny stock as of late. I'm sure you are aware of TSNP that went to $1.93 per share without filing one 8-K and yet they are very real. Anyone thinking contrary have not done their due diligence. I can name a few more stocks that have had some major moves and not one of them filed a single 8-K. Those that were sitting on the sidelines waiting for an 8-K got left behind. I can also show you stocks that had filed some 8-Ks of their news of substance that are trading lower. I'm not trying to downplay the filing of an 8-K, but it should not be up-played either.
OTC Markets provide for a level of legal and legit transparency that is respected by both FINRA and the SEC which is why a company is allowed to not be an SEC filing company and is allowed to exist under the well known Dark: Alternative Reporting Standard. OTC Markets have verification processes in place that allows legit companies to prove themselves to be real and therefore exist under their Pink Current Information Status. I urge any investor to call OTC Markets to learn about their confirmation processes of which I think are fair.
I can also show you some multi-billion dollar companies that do not file with the SEC and have chosen to remain under such status and such has not affected how they have been traded over the years. If NSAV drops or go up, it will simply be because of "Supply vs Demand" from investors selling or buying shares in my opinion. If filing an 8-K was an issue, it would never had achieved trading at these current levels in my opinion.
