Nello shares form 5/Signs of growth
Now I’m not a financial expert but the way I see it is that Nello was compensated 9mil shares on the most recent form 5. He did not buy shares. There is a difference to saying he reinvested or bought to being compensated for his role in the company. It looks like now he has 20 million total shares.
I would like to see a sign of intent to expand the brand somehow. Why do I feel like as if I ran the company, I would be making more measurable and positive moves than we have seen? Surprisingly enough there is virtually no social media presence and their website is not even up to date and is poor at best. How can we expect this stock price to do anything without something to hang it’s hat on other than unsubstantiated speculation and that marijuana is going to be legal?
