Umm.. I’m a bit confused by your response..
Just because he tells someone to buy and hold, that doesn’t make him a criminal. Even congress seems to be on his side. Also, i’m sure they completed their “investigation” on him, specifically.
He may have sold some shares to take profits but does that really make him a criminal? Everyone should have an exit strategy, eventually.
I’m happy for the guy, honestly. I hope he’s able to use that money at his leisure.
