I find it quite interesting that somehow ALKM came up with some non descript lawyer out of basicallly nowhere from California in Michael Debenon to sign off on their last annual financials. ALKM is his only customer. He must be really hard for the 200 hundred bucks because all of this other 20 or so ventures have been major fails. His last business was Luxor CBD that he dissolved last December while his longtime sidekick/partner Carmine Freda has taken over another trash ticker AQUI.
