Just want to point out to you that exhibit B that has been entered into record does give a good bit info that may be of interest with you guys to help connect those dots.
A big thing that I think is of importance to you SNGY investors is the LOI/STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT signing page.

So confirms Acembly's relation with Jeff/SNGY. Also looks like you guys might be getting a slight name change soon. Getting a "E" correctly back in the name.
