The December 16th PR put out by this scam clearly says they have a definitive letter of intent TO ACQUIRE Carbon Ion Energy Storage Inc
So now they say its A MERGER! What a knee slapper.

This is deception and manipulation of a public entity for personal gain.

...Nobody cares. From a shareholder standpoint, they haven't released the details yet. All we know/knew is that Carbon Ion would, when the deal is completed, be trading under the COUV stock symbol. There's no manipulation since nobody cares whether it's a merger or acquisition as long as the result is the same.
