Stox, that is not true for the following reasons.

1) Due Process has nothing to do if one actually files an appeal, rather one must allow for the time to pass in this case so far it is 90 days from 2/11/2021 and could be extended further

2) Rosie has known since Dec/2020 that an extension would be needed for WMILT unless Alice is dealt with and agrees to drop her Due Process that is afforded

3) To date Rosie has not filed an extension which points to them possibly working with Alice if something must move forward in a specific time frame

4) Rosie could file an extension for WMILT up to and including 3/18/2021 as WMILT expires on 3/19/2021 but he should not wait that long

5) Rosie’s actions appear that Alice could possibly be dealt with now that they have her denied appeal as part of history

6) Actions will tell us soon as a Material Development filed or Rosie files an extension that he has known must happen unless he knows something more
