I concur. On top of that catalyst, I would say:

1. Up-listing to OTCQB & Re-branding
2. Social App “SoKu” (check how much other social/dating apps companies have grown lately. It's huge!)
3. Growing millions $$ profits cash cow (Sinacori Builders), so the Company doesn't need any share dilution (public offering) or toxic loan.

These catalysts and some of exposure to many potential investors would bring this stock to Dollar Land eventually (it may take some time or it could happen very soon like TSNP). Remember, the stock price is determined by demand & supply solely based on the mutual expectation of the majority of shareholders.
