We will get an 8K when the deal is closed. Not before. Im in at the .00348 and also never sold a share. We will have ups and downs throughout a trading day. ( only normal and makes the PPS stronger ). Im going to delete my sell button on E*TRADE for awhile. My five figure investment is now six figures
