Celgene whom everyone that trades stocks has heard of, traded in low single digits for most of the 90's.....and adjusted for splits that is really > $.25-.40. They inlicenced thalidomide in 1994,made an anologue or derivative of it into thalomid, got it approved for leprosy in 1999 or 2000. No big pharma bought them , I have followed it for a while and never bought in. Ron Garren, as sharp as he is- viewed it a too high stock value, nasty side effect.. ect...and it has delivered 100 fold++. I am trying to say it worked, from a very low level of expectation and the stock went up alot. If Cortex can get the science in the hands of big pharma or the money to do high impacts or 701 works better than 717- or 717 comes back with an AD deal ,this will be a mammoth investment from here...any good news and it's a double maybe triple- for starters. If --and this is if- the high impacts work in neurodegen. even if it's at Lilly , it's worth $50, if 701 is cleaner than 717 and stronger half life....I would think a clean effective ADHD drug would start @ $300 million, Wouldn't Lilly or glaxo be willing to aquire the patent estate if all else bombed?
