Because the same man is the CEO of both Corporations, I think that there would be some "Conflict of Interest" issues if White Buffalo tried to buy Grenshift. I am not a lawyer, but that's my layman's opinion. However, I have personally seen licensed lawyers do things that were almost certainly unethical and possibly illegal.

A lawyer might use his professional expertise to disagree with me, but he can't stop me from posting my opinion on this message board.

I have a few questions for whoever is posting on the Greenshift account on this board.

Q1. Is the Greenshift Corporation still registered with the Georgia Secretary of State?

Q2. If not, is it registered in Oklahoma, and at the same address as the White Buffalo Corporation?

Q3. Did the Supreme Court Justices discuss Greenshift's patent-infringement lawsuit during yesterday's conference?

Q4. If so, did the court accept the case and schedule any hearings or other action? Did the court issue any orders on this case?

Q5. Why were the last two Greenshift-written updates removed from the Investor Section of the company's website?

Q6. Why are the links to previously-filed 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, and Form 4s missing from the Greenshift website?

Q7. Is it your intention to file all of the missing 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, and Form 4s or just the most recent ones?
