nVEC patents cover both MTJ and TMJ technology. Patents 411 and 053 are specifically mentioned. Because of this, NVEC believes that their patents come into play with the IBM/Infineon and NEC/Toshiba MRAM products currently in development. However, until $ are made there are no infringements.
