I you are correct and I agree with you. I'm just pointing out some possible hazards of dealing with YA, they are akin to predatory loan sharks and they aren't friends with KG they want payment back and they'll tank the price if they have too.

I think KG management is great and the company is doing great. I didn't say KG was in a bad spot or similar spot to SVFC. And I realize the importance of needing money to continue grow, I just wish they could get financing with a better company.
