In the June 2018 quarterly report, Rushnet acknowledged back taxes were due to Nevada. While the financials never mention it again or mention it was paid off, the company obviously wasn’t worried about it.

Note 6 – Liability
The Company owes the State of Nevada a total of $42,750 for unpaid franchise tax fees for the periods 2009 – 2015.

All of this was posted here when RSHN was a rumor, but we all put in here knowing this and the risk. Posting this now is not going to make anyone sell haha.

This “real due diligence” post about “the Goulding’s” Is nothing more than an an attempt to try to get people to think Dr. Goulding was found guilty of some crime. It was Randy and David Goulding who were wrapped up in problems with the SEC. there is nothing on RG other than being their brother!

Furthermore, if you look at all the financials (even the first one), and the attorney letters, they all attest that the officers of the company have not and are not under investigation for any state or federal securities violations.

Dr. Goulding was named in a POTN letter about making claims. That’s about it. Take a look at this link on GRPS website written by RG. You will see why we’re right here right now with products coming that don’t need fda approval. We’re going to see video tutorials and word of mouth testimonials about the efficacy of the products.

Dr. Goulding acquired GRPS and RSHN because they were CLEAN shells with no debt, and no toxic financing, and none of the BS that POTN had with nefarious outside actors. You can see this highlighted in that nice post from horst.

Notice Randy is not associated with anything other than filing a periodic report with the Secretary of State. And that action is not in violation of anything as he is not acting as counsel. Dolkart Law has always been RSHN and GRPS counsel. Go back to all financials and check it for yourself.
