They also need to file a 10K for 2006 and all of the missing 10Q's.

To avoid being revoked, they'll also need to file an answer to the complaint (due Tuesday, I think) and argue their case successfully at the hearing. Be interesting to see if they pull it off. If they do get all the bits of paper filed, IMO it'll probably come down to whether or not the SEC has time/resources/inclination to actually go thru the filings and mount an argument that they are inadequate, at best.

This latest 10K has IMO all the deficiencies of the previous ones.

(BTW, they consistently leave off clause 6 from the Rule 13a-14(a)/15d-14(a)declarations in the exhibits - just sloppiness, presumably, but I guess it means the filings are technically invaluid.)
