No convertibles is correct.

However, there are A-1 preferred in SSOF that basically double the OS if converted to common. And to save time on the back and forth, no, they are not just voting shares. They are the shares that really control the company, and somehow they always keep ending up back in the hands of Bland and/or Morris.
