Can someone answer how long after dropping back below 5% threshold are entities required to amend their 13g filing? I think one thing that is clear at this moment, regardless of whether someone is long or short this security, there is some volatility in this especially in light of the late filing and Russia mystery..

.. with that said, I’d expect the ‘toxic financier’ (I agree with DUD) who likely was privy to additional company info during their deal, to be selling some of their position into the millions of volume that is occurring rather than carrying very significant risk..

Are they selling? Why not?
