mRNA vaccines are a new type of vaccine

So? It's called medical progress. Making a synthetic mRNA equals new. Having one of your cells translating the mRNA is nothing new.

and there is not a successful example of it being used in the population

Outside of the 74,000 the Pfizer, and Moderna vaccines were tested in. Where 95% efficacy for success is much higher then the typical flu vaccine.

You are the trail

Yeah, I'm on a "trail". However, you are on trial. If you want to get Covid then... Go for it! The UK strain 50% more transmissible will predominate by Aug in the US. That alone should help ya get infected. Whatever you do, don't get vaccinated! That way, you can get infected with the original wildtype Covid virus, recover from that, and get infected with the UK variant. Then finally recover from that one, and get infected with the South African variant. Meanwhile I'll have received my 2nd Moderna shot 15-Mar, and will be sitting on my "trail" with enough immunity (hello CD4+ cells!) to prevent serious disease. Although I will admit having these Covid spike proteins growing out of my forehead is a little annoying.
