QB happens when it happens. How many other companies tell share holders oh the QB wants this and we're working on it oh the QB wants that now. Who knows what the OTC or FINRA wants.

I think they key is more what's layinbg down the road for PCTL in terms of Annihlitzer leases, Oil and Gas with the current 10M gallon maverick deal and AG.
