EFLN never issued a "Forged Letter"! Somebody that wanted EFLN harm issued that letter to sound like it came from the Company! Sec stopped EFLN from trading for a few years while they investigated "fraud" and "wrong doing for profit". SEC could never find anything, so that's how EFLN can trade again!
