Yes I can see that point of view. Why does the world hold economic summits, fight wars and such and never hold high level intellectual debates? Why isn't there a reality TV program about historical accuracy? I am tired of living in this myth perpetrated by the people of the Book (all three of them) and I don't like the way the story is ended.

Or something like that.

Why do we say "under God" in the pledge of allegiance? Because in the propaganda war waged in the 50s we were fighting the evil atheistic monster.
