Correcting the BS:
there is not "plenty of stock available at 0.54$" [sic] -- the O/S is still only 13 million - there just isn't much buying pressure at the moment.
1. After the last R/S the company got rid of the toxic financiers and did NOT dilute -- and it's been well over a year. They also uplisted. Face it - Cartwright the CEO pulled this company out of the ashes. GTHP is no longer a zombie. How many pinksheet zombies in death spiral financing have accomplished this? I've never seen it before, and I study pinksheet zombies all the time. This is absolutely a unique case - the toxic financing and reverse splits are a thing of the past. That was a completely different company. I still don't know how Cartwright did it.
2. I've seen dozens of companies get rejected by the FDA three times and still get FDA approval/clearance. Remember Dendreon? I made a lot of money on Dendreon when they submitted that 4th time. Sure, DNDN is gone now, but that 4th submission paid for a new truck and a trip to Hawaii for my wife, son, and I.
3. I laugh at the China Hype. Everyone else should too. It's entertainment. The China Hype doesn't cost GTHP any money. It would be bad of GTHP was giving SMI money but the opposite is true -- the Chinese company (SMI) occasionally gives a little money to GTHP. If SMI ponies up that $500k in May, that will be nice, but if they don't.... who cares?
4. The Company never gave a timeline for starting clinical trials. Welcome to biotech. I was hoping for trials to have started, but they haven't. Oh well, nobody broke any promises. Good lesson there for anyone new to biotech who hasn't learned how to read a biotech PR.
5. When the 25-cent warrants were issued the PPS was 15 cents. 25 cents wasn't bargain-basement then. And there are only 1.7M of the cheap warrants left to exercise and then the cheap warrants are gone. We all expected the O/S to be 40 million by now, which would still be ridiculously low for this company -- we all expected those warrants to have been exercised already -- the fact that they haven't been exercised yet is a positive, not a negative. Those warrants enabled the company to rise from the ashes and banish the toxic financiers. To infer that the financing that produced those warrants was anything short of a life-saving miracle is misleading, to put it kindly.
