Keep in mind that a lot of OTC stocks have unaudited reports. So it's not a stretch that they are withholding revenue to suppress share price. If they are serious about a share buy back and uplisting, it would make sense to only show revenue when they feel the time is right.

I don't agree with that strategy, but it buys them time to accumulate cheap shares without revealing too much. Also, they have very little debt which is a big deal for these penny stocks.
