I'm glad we own the land but I'm concerned by the means of financing. I can speculate, as others have, that this is a good sign. But I can also speculate, as others have done, that this is a bad sign.
Lind is a predatory lender and I don't care to be in bed together with them. They always make out good and it's at our expense. If we get real financing soon and pay them back, I'm okay with it.
I would like more information from the company as to why the purchase was done now. Would anyone borrow money from a predatory lender if better alternatives were available? This makes me think of people who have to get a PayDay loan because they have no money to eat or make rent--they are desperate! Are we desperate? Don't know because we have not received details that enable an informed reasoned judgement about this 10 million dollar loan.
I am more frustrated by the lack of information than anything else. I don't want to spin this good or spin this bad. I just want the factual information and transparency.
