The first thing someone buying the shell will do is implement a R/S. But it's priced more than twice what the shell is worth. And I don't knw why anyone would buy a shell that's CE because they let the SEC suspend them. Consider that all anyone in control of the ticker had to do was file to cease reporting. Kind of says there's no one minding the store.
