Nobody can buy more than 4 million shares which have recently traded at 25¢. Nobody, not even someone who won $50 million in a lottery jackpot, is allowed to spend more than $1 million to buy some GERS shares.
That’s false since the 20 million shares doesn’t include the 80% ownership Kevin is talking about. The 80% ownership is through preferred stock, not the 20 million shares of common stock...
