The Town is broke and can't afford it. $IDEX has so much money now of over $355M to do anything they want with it. There are buyers on the table according to Collier International. However, $IDEX now has the upper hand, and they will keep a part of the pie. Also, as I said, they will benefit Timios from it. As of right now, this is a great asset for $IDEX to sell or to do pretty much anything they want with it.
