OTCQB Eligibility Requirements for NSAV...
It's good to hear that NSAV tweeted that they are planning to uplist to the OTCQB:

It is a serious show of confidence that maintaining the minimum bid price of .01 per share will not be an issue with what they know to be existing within the company.
