In a Jan 8th 2021 PR he stated that in the articles of incorp he said no reverse split. Only thing is the state has no authority one way or the other on reverse splits of authorized or outstanding shares, its a FINRA thing for the oustanding reverse. Im dropping a dime to the SEC about this idiot Tilton, its about time this crook was out of business for good.
