A triple-zero stock NEEDS billions of shares in the O/S to have liquidity.
If a .0001 stock only had 100 million shares, then someone could buy the entire float for about $10,000. If it had 1 billion shares, then $100,000 could buy the entire float.
So 20 or 30 or 50 billion shares isn't that much for a triple-zero stock.
Also, you might want to compare USMJ to HCMC or SAFS. HCMC went from .0001 to .0045, and they have almost 200 billion shares in the O/S.
