Me too Sherm check this out...
Jokingly earlier this week as I was reading up on
$ABQQ
I called it the "Netflix of Hong Kong/China." Last night I went onto the ABQQ's website to poke around. I could not believe how for real it is. HK Netflix is EXACTLY WHAT THIS IS!
http://abqq.tv/
They basically copied Netflix's format but apparently NFLX isn't permitted to stream in China and this co. IS!
Site offers seemingly unlimited "thriller, action, drama, comedy" etc movies all in Chinese all HD stream that works flawlessly and instantly on my browser just like youtube or netflix great sound too: Site lets u watch the first 6 minutes of any movie before the subscription paywall kicks on the screen asking your user name & password to continue. Three membership subscription options are all in "HK" currency. Using Google translator I found the subscript prices: $5 /month, $13, or $39 American $dollars equivalent for either basic, VIP, or deluxe membership
I watched the first 6 minutes of about a dozen movies, slick big budget looking films lot of em with attractive young eye candy actors too. Just could picture them doing huge and increasing numbers of streaming memberships with this. This is going to sound like hype but I believe this: GOLDMINE STOCK. Math on monthly revs? UNREAL. And there are only 100M OS shares of $ABQQ
This launched Dec, 29. The first of what will likely be millions in monthly revenues in HK and China have'ot yet hit ABQQ's SEC filings for the first time, but they will. Because they are conscientious filers. Their latest bunch of filings had them retiring four batches of outstanding shares to their treasury, thereby reducing the float further and other filings show $ABQQ's CEO is only getting paid in SHARES, no salary. The CEO also just bought "convertible" shares for around $8 per share I believe. Looks to me like at this point like he made a smart deal equivalent of getting the back end of Forrest Gump!
Trading at .16 cents sounds too good to be true, but I believe it's only because it ran up from 2 cents and had to pause a while because not enough people know about it yet and because some of the folks who grabbed this at 2 cents are happily cashing in their 8- and 10 bagger returns. Even though they really should hang onto every share. I will be really surprised if this isn't trading for MULTIPLE dollars soon. If it isn't, I must have missed something major, but I really can't see what the catch would be. ABQQ was trading at $21 per share last year sometime before the pandemic hit and that TANKED it to zeroes, but they were only a movie production company then with a couple of films out and hadn't launched their streaming site yet. Which they now have done: Check it out: http://abqq.tv/
"Great opportunity" I believe is a huge understatement.
Like Netflix ABQQ produces their own movies also, their latest "Love Over the World," is the NO. 1 movie in Hong Kong right now in "per theater grosses" . It is going to be shown in China this week in their annual film festival which is cnsidered a really big deal there. The people i think are even granted time off from work to attend.
