E-mail received from a well-informed CYDY investor last night who has been sharing his own investigative work with interested parties... For a lack of a better word... WOW is how to describe my reaction after reading...

“I thought you might be interested in the specific connection to Joseph J. Spiegel with Adam Feuerstein of STATnews. The group of concerned investors I speak with have “suspected” Spiegel was behind BuyersStrike! all along (see iHUB post below), but the information I’m sharing with you proves the theory... Spiegel reportedly lives in Jackson Hole, WY and his parents live in Boca Raton, FL.


We have also surmised Spiegel and Feuerstein’s families lived within miles of one another and attended the same synagogue when they were kids. The attached image of Adam Feuerstein and Joseph Spiegel is taken from an Adam Feuerstein tweet where Mr. Feuerstein was careless enough to mention Mr. Spiegel's entrepreneurial endeavor as an importer of Brennevin from Finland as well as tagging @BuyersStrike in the message...

Do you think it’s a coincidence both are connected to CytoDyn attacking the company through BuyersStrike! and Twitter campaign’s that started within a few weeks of one another? Highly unlikely coincidence IMO!!! These attacks on CytoDyn both began in April of 2020. Mr. Feuerstein's articles abruptly halted in August shortly after it was discovered he interfered with an FDA clinical trial associated with CytoDyn and his tweets relating to CytoDyn were non existent from October until late December while the blog posts at BuyersStrike! have continued with the same demonstrative language it's had from the onset. At the very least, it’s hard for me to comprehend how STATnews tolerates and/or enables relationships like this to exist with one of their reporters who reports and yields significant influence with investors on drug companies conducting FDA clinical trials.

As a follow up to my previous e-Mail, one of my colleagues has proven unequivocally that Joseph J. Spiegel, convicted illegal pipe trader (https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2007/ia-2585.pdf), is the person behind BuyersStrike! (https://buyersstrike.wordpress.com/), a blogsite that has been dedicated to spreading misinformation about CytoDyn and slander against the companies executives since April of 2020.

Based on Mr. Spiegel’s past, I’m certain the SEC will be very interested to know his fingerprints are proven to be on BuyersStrike! I shared my findings with them and trust this additional information will be very helpful in their ongoing investigation.
