Bottom line - its all going to boil down to basically two things:
1) they have the documents, research and agreements in place that support their previous press releases and claims, which if they do - we should be in the clear and things resume; or
2) they don't have the supporting documents and we'll likely see this go on ice in the grey sheets for awhile until it gets resolved or will become an old story and the stock will drift south.
Now - being that they hired top tier NY attorneys we can only hope that they're on top of their shit and can get this resolved in short order.
