mean while bloated pigs on the grey sheets trading billions of shares in the last month continue to trade with 0 info released to the public on them in the last 10 or so years really SEC is this about protecting share holders or protecting Shorts that GM E they halted because the shorts were getting burned hmm why not halt this months ago when it was under 10 cents???

Really makes you wonder... also Couv company could have been dumping tens of millions of shares increasing the size of the O/S but they didn't.....
