It is a copy and paste from the filing. Look it up. They talk about the deal at the top of the S1/A. What I posted is buried further down in the document. I post facts and sources. Maybe you should try doing the same with your comments. The OTC market is on fire right now and Triton and Jason would be fools not to convert as much of that pool of shares as possible right now. Sad thing is, Jason and company only get .006 a share. LOL This stock never moved up in the past without a fluff PR boost.
