I don't know the whole story, but it seems, if what you say is true, that SI has it's share of issues with fairness in TOU enforcement. It's not an easy job and not always clear cut.

Why not just hang around here on Ihub? Personally, I've found it the best place to be... good people... good management... good discussions!
