A lot of speculation on the DSMC recommendation to review the 42 day results at the 75% enrollment point for CYDY. Perhaps the chart from the RLFTF study points to the real reason... look at the spike from day 28 to day 42 and the significant spikes in deaths from the SOC...
No way of knowing for sure, but perhaps... just perhaps... the DSMC saw the SOC drop off in deaths and felt the recommended 42 day analysis would demonstrate a significant improvement in the trial arm as the timeline extends from 28-42 days???
Any statistician’s want to take a shot at the morality after day 28??? This seems very bullish IMO!!!
