I bought ECCI many years ago at 0.0001, and wish to buy more of it now, but I am unable to buy more because of the Buy restrictions for Caveat Emptor stocks.

It would be nice if platforms for Pink/OTC stocks could insert a small box for buyers to tick/check when they place the Buy Order for restricted and free trading stocks.

By ticking the box, the buyer is confirming that he/she is fully aware of the potential risk and is willing to accept full responsibility of any liability. After all, we all know Pink Sheets are high risk stocks.

The surge in volume and price for ECCI (and others too) means there are companies accepting Purchase Orders for Caveat Emptor stocks.

I hope my suggestion makes some sense.
