We are all hoping for a nice win here and should be glad about the rise in PPS. People have different perspectives, goals and strategies. Not everyone on here is a stock or investment Guru, and even some who are may find the patent specific information as helpful. People providing explanations to questions or providing possible risks is both sides of the coin. I think most would agree the case looks good on paper. Folks pointing out what risks or pitfalls lie ahead is a valuable service to many. A discussion about a new IPR resulting in a stay, concerns about the 101, changes at the PTAB and political landscape are legitimate issues of concern. In my opinion, that is helpful and productive as people can make informed decisions about their investment. Only singing praises or looking at one side of the coin can get one in trouble quickly, with stocks. If you disagree then bet the farm. It is unproductive to discourage people from sharing their viewpoints about the stock unless it is all blue skies. We can all learn something here from each other With the free exchange of ideas and strategies. Sometimes we poke holes (in a respectful way) in each other's theories or someone chimes in after a debate and solves a question many have had. A healthy discussion or debate is beneficial and assists in arriving at better conclusions and should be encouraged rather than discouraged. Everyone has a right to post their viewpoints without being attacked if those views don't align with someone elses. People can block a user or simply choose not to read a user's posts if they find little value in their statements. Many of the posts (that some can't take anymore) have been right on target referencing delays, extended timelines and no settlements. Suggestions to cancel that type of valuable information would be nothing but a disservice to the board.
