Folks can speculate all they want about when the terms of the lease started. But be totally assured the lease terms are in effect. The idea that terms may not have started yet is nonsense.
The proof is in company financial statements, which are an awesome source of actual, factual information about this lame company. Not sure where or why any landlord would ever allow a company to build on site without paying for the right to use the land. That’s so not how things work.
