Some facts !!!
He is doing settlements with convertible noteholders so shares are not issued and still almost in the same amount, O/S increased only from the S1 offering!
S1 offering was the last source of dilution from 07/30/2020 till 01/29/2021
It's nicely visible on Level 2 action that there is 0 dilution !
