Thanks for sharing your DD. In my opinion, it looks like Zimmerman has transitioned all of its assets into BiologX of which looks to be merging into SSOF via Zimmerman. This looks like SSOF could be very very big. The Form 1-A/A that you posted that was filed recently with the SEC on 2021-01-15 strongly suggest this:
