Give me your opinion on this please. Regarding the SEC - do you think that they find it OK when an insider such Patrick is continually pumping his shell - specially as the majority stakeholder ? I cannot fathom that an experienced attorney would allow this. I personally believe that he has done a great job cleaning this SHELL (not a company) up BUT he is placing the "shell" at risk of becoming no tradable.

I can think of great companies that would do very good in ACCR however there is seemingly too much baggage.
