HISTORICAL FACTS on how I REBUILT ACCR
Remember back in 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016. ACCR could have been destroyed. We were Admin Dissolved by the SOS in FL back then. ACCR was a mess FORM 15 cannot be fixed ....it became effective even though we DID NOT QUALIFOR for Rule 15D-6....look up the rule 15d-6, and read it. WE HAD 492 SHAREHOLDERS....SEPERATE.......as declared on that FORM 15 from 2007....14 years ago. So, how did I fix all of this. Well, I examined this garbage, and laid it all out on my desk...little by little at a time, piece by piece....crystal by crystal...I had to put it back together this find BIG SECRET and BIG MYSTERY.
I just jumped out of my chair now, and did a BACKFLIP...and wanna DANCE!

I started counting shares about 23years ago...back then, I thought I was the "Master of DD." Everything was about due diligence, and we would call the TA back then almost every day. I was very PERSISTENT. The problem was, and has been that the Float always increased because of dilution....stupid dilution....
dilution everywhere in the OTC.
What a mess...so, 211 is fine, we just were downgraded from QUALITY
OTCBB.com in Fall 2001. I witnessed the MMs disappear. I did.
Then, we went to PINK NO INFO....and stayed there for 6 years....and when the FORM 15 hit in 2007, by the Fall 2008 ACCR was downgraded in trading tier the DEATH GREY with NO DISPLAY OF QUOTES. We stayed in the DEATH GREY until October 18th, 2019------------------> the first group of I believe 9 equities and we are the only QUALITY ONE left. The only one left of QUALITY, right? And then....from Oct 2019....in the PINK NO Info and we have stayed here in the PINK NO INO with continued NO DILUTION....just trying to survive ALL LEGAL and ALL LEGAL...
again....ALL LEGAL. People do not like Patrick. I get it. But ACCR as a CORPORATION checks out. I am replaceable..I am.....but forget about all of this. What matters is where is ACCR TODAY, and everyone wants to knowHOW I DID IT? My Market Maker believed in me. He trusted me, and I have not BETRAYED HIM or HER EVER in the last year and 1/2. Anyways....the MARKET MAKER knows this. Many systems are integrated today. In the old days.....NO WAY....everything paper.
This is what and HOW I fixed it. I called FINRA, I called the SEC all in the early Spring 2018. I called the DIV of CORP FINANCE at the SEC....in APRIL 2018....I had to write a 2 page letter, and get my LOGIN CODES. ACCR has been through 3 shell expels, and continues to live....ACCR is a BEAST! It just does not ever DIE...and not trade. Really, ACCR is ME. There is no ACCR without PatrickJensen (TM) PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What A MESS........but I controlled the bleeding in here, and I fixed everything. I re-FOUNDED ACCR!!!!!
Our 211, back from 1998 is still somewhere at FINRA. They don't have any files, any records....they must have changed something....however...ACCR today can declare publicly that FINRA told me there is a reference to rule 10b-5 by the SEC. ACCR is fine with the SEC, with FINRA, with OTC Markets...because there is NO DILUTION here. ACCR is the #1 Company on this G2P list started all October 18th, 2019.
Guys, listen....I will fix everything, and turn this SHELL into a GREAT MAGICAL SHELL.
We were the FIRST group of equities to get BUMPED out of the GREYs DEATH....remember traded in 201 5 at $.0000001.....I think it was or even I was $.000000 - 6 ZEROES!!!!!!
When I speak to the SEC, everything is fine, and cool....except my last 2 years 10K remain unaudited fins and no PCAOB letter....because of the CRIMINAL FORM 15.
WHAT A MESS.. I fixed it all. We had death, and today we have life....and #s do not lie. They don't. ACCR effective January 19th, 2021 became a US EXTRA CLEAN SHELL.., and I will never predict the future. People trade SHELLS all the time. GREENSPAN even agrees that trader trade shell. Again,

BUT--------------------->Patrick does not trade. I only BUILD. I in the end, cleaned everything up. Still, in the end, I believe
the most important DECISION that I made, was to re-file every missing 50 of them or so, 10K's and 10Q's......that was my CRAZY DECISION....and it worked. My gamble worked....and this decision allowed my Consu ltant to produce the retained earnings continuation from the last filed SEC event in 2002. The financials from 2002 .... retained earnings... was INTACT, and preserved....and this was MY DECISION.
Back then in 1998-2002 there was too much risk. Today, I know certain things with certainty...and that is that I am building my TEAM TODAY.

My team will help me....and STEVE MILLS is so excited to write and give his PASSING ATTORNEY LETTER to them....in the distant future.....not too distant....ACCR will re-file it's FORM 10 properly with GUIDANCE from the ME!!!!!!!!!!
